Long story short the tried to charge my daughter in law 1,900 for a 560.00 oil leak repair. I posted this to a group site on Face book. There has been dozens of people manually woman the responded with similar stories.
Joel, I have reviewed the two different quotes we gave your daughter-in-law, one for $570.48 and another for $1114.73 totaling $1685.21. As far as both of these repairs being done elsewhere for $560.00 that is a very large difference. I have also read your Facebook review and the same $1900.00 estimate from us you are referring to states just one repair (3.12-hour job). With only doing the one oil leak repair the job is much less. Any other reputable repair shop is not likely to do both repairs for such a low price. As far as taking advantage of women or any person that is doing business with us, that will never be tolerated and is cause for immediate dismissal. We are a female owned shop, and our lead service advisor is also female. We have several female reviews praising us on this exact matter. Pricing does differ from shop to shop, thankfully we live in a great country giving us choices on where we can spend our money. I am always open to reviewing like for like repairs from other shops. We are honest and strive for excellence, but like anything mistakes can happen. If so, we do take accountability and make corrections.
