I had my Mercedes in for suspension issues. They just put a bandaid on the issue. $3300 later I’m out a vehicle. Took my car back because the same notification popped up not even 3 weeks later, just for them to say it will be an additional $2200 to fix! So much for loyalty! Almost $250 for an oil change???? They tried to tell me I had a misfire in my engine, which a second opinion stated was WRONG!!! Do not go here!!!!!!! Ever.

I have been bringing my vehicles to Bob's Lil Car Hospital for years now. While I doubt you could find a more knowledgeable professional staff, it is there honesty that keeps me coming back. It is a relief to be able to bring my vehicle in for service or repair and know they are looking out for my best interest. They have literally given me a quote to complete a repair and reduced the fee after completing the work because it went quicker than anticipated. In my 40 years of owning a vehicle I have never had any other shop do that.
