Mercedes broke down on a trip to the Oregon coast. Very fortunately we ended up at Bob's little car hospital. The service and communications were excellent. This business is very professional and knowledgeable. If I lived in the Kelso Longview area this shop would be the only one working on my vehicles. What a great independent garage.

Did a great job and got my car back in good time. After a couple restarts to get the processor adjusted It starts, idles and runs like new!

Barbara said she came on the wrong day for her appointment and the facility still took her in.

I left my car on a Friday and was told the part for my TDI would take 7-10 days(Germany). so I was surprised when I was called the following Friday to say the job was done and cheaper than what I was quoted . Thanks. Dan Moir

Brandon said he had a bad experience with this business. He took his vehicle in to be serviced and when he went back to pick it up, he found out that they could not fix anything. His back tire was low, there were screws missing from his spare, a fuse cap was missing and the battery was dead. He asked if they had any jumper cables to get his vehicle started. The service advisor pointed to the wall and told him it was over there. He ended up jump starting his own vehicle just to get it out of there. He paid $150 and they had done nothing. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned.

Donna said the business provides good service. They are cooperative about returning phone calls. Their scheduling is good and the explanation of problems with the vehicle is good.

George said this business did what they said they would do. They did it in a timely manner.

Barbara said this business took out a $500 module from under her vehicle's seat and tried to throw it away. She told them that she needed the part number and after speaking with her son, she went back to retrieve the part. She then took the part to her personal mechanic in Bend, Oregon who told her there was absolutely nothing wrong with the part. She stated she felt they were trying to pull a fast one on her and it made her feel suspicious about their honesty. She is unsure why they took the part out in the first place. They charged her $120 for a service that took only four minutes simply to have the seat adjusted. For this reason, she would not recommend this business for service nor will she use them in the future.
