Heather said the business forgot to tighten the bolt on her brakes. The bolt came loose and her brake pads fell off. Her daughter had been hit in a crosswalk prior to this happening, so she was very nervous and worried she may have a wreck. The business has paid for the vehicle being towed and has worked to resolve any issues.

Had my A/C fluid checked and replenished in a 14-year old pickup. A/C is now working again, but with a tiny leak. They didn't try to sell me any new parts, though, saying it should last me a few more years as is. I'm pleased.
