Price quoted on the phone didn't include the 'initial look fee'. I knew there was the fee but I assumed the total fix it price I was given included that charge already. There were some recommended items to be fixed on my invoice as well. If I had know of those while the vehicle was still being serviced, I would have had those done on the same visit.
Chuck said they did what they said they were going to do. The workmanship was good and they were friendly.
Doug said he had to wait around a long time for his service work to be completed.
