Mike said he was not very happy with the style of their work or the way they charge. He said it was unprofessional of them to cut out a defective switch by the wires. He said he is not exactly sure what they did. He said he would have recommended them if they had put a wiper knob on for him, but they left him without one. He said they really charge and he could have sworn they told him the price would be a cheaper amount, but he ended up paying more for two very similar parts.
Karen said she liked how easy the experience was and the communication was good. The business did the work quickly.
