Was driven up to Seattle and had part of the plastic to my underbody come off and start effects my my tires. Called and stopped by Bobs lil car hospital and had Ken look at it for me. He was able to fix the problem in 5 mins free of charge. If your ever in the area and need a spot to get your car fixed check them out. Very friendly and quick.

I have been going to Bob's for 17 years. A least once a year my old Subaru needs some repair, and I have always left feeling that I got quality, honest workmanship at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bob's, especially to single ladies who don't know "what's" wrong with their car, because Bob and his crew really listen and don't just guess their way into a big bill.

Super easy for me to take our rigs to. I took my used Jeep in for preventative items, (Just to sleep better at night), and all better now. Super cool that the mechanic that worked on my Jeep, was a guy that worked for another dealership for many years, and is an EXPERT on what I needed.. Recently, I bought my son a new car, took it there for a power steering issues, got that fixed. BUT the great thing is I forgot to tell them to see why the "Check Engine" light was on. Guess what!! They conveyed what they found on that!! The extra mile is what service is all about!!

We could not have asked for a better place to take care of our car when we had a problem while driving home from vacation in Oregon. The folks at Bob's took care of our problem quickly and for a very reasonable price, and they were super friendly and accommodating to us, our son, and our three dogs, all of whom were traveling with us. Great work and even better service - we'd highly recommend them!

Bobs Lil' Car Hospital truly deserves 5 stars at the very least. Their attention to detail is far above average. I have been making use of their facilities for a number of years and have never been disappointed. One time they saved me a transmission job by discovering that my problem was simply a characteristic of the vehicle and not a cause for worry. Can't ask for better than that!

Always get great service from Bob's - This morning my car was finished early and cost less than the estimate. Can't beat that! Everyone working here is friendly and helpful. I've never taken my car anywhere else since I moved to this town. When I was growing up (talking 50 years ago!) my dad had a service station - the old fashioned kind where 3 guys came out to service your car while you were gassing up. This place reminds me of that.

Really glad I found Bobs Lil Car Hospital! We moved our sister back to Longview to take care of our aging parents. She was given Dads 1998 Dodge Dakota. Dad (99 years old) said the truck was in great shape. Well Dad has not done anything to the vehicle for a long time. It was really in dire condition and needed a lot of work. We were leaving town to return home the day after we took the truck in to Bob's. Bob went above and beyond to get the truck ready for our sister. We could not of been treated better. We really feel that Bob and staff took the repair personal and wanted to make sure our sister had a reliable vehicle to aid our aging parents, just like he was doing this for his family. Can't say enough good.
