Horrible experience !!! will never do business and don’t recommend this place to anyone, they charged me labor for 1 1/2 hours at $164.00 an hour cost total $282.00 and said U need a whole new component, for 1654 for and did nothing, but charged me 282 for a For a diagnostic that I was not told I was gonna be charged, horrible horrible they just want to rip you off!

Upon review of the original estimate to test and analyze your 08 BMW 528i, you authorized up to $500. So let's be honest, you knew in advance there would be a fee for the testing and analysis. That said, the fee reflects only the needed testing and was actually $217.23 LESS than estimated. We did test the system for your Car Communication Computer ,(CCC) using a BMW specific tool (not inexpensive) and found that the CCC had an internal fault and needed repaired or replaced. BMW no longer supports an '08 528i and we offered the solution of having the CCC removed and sent out to be refurbished, which you declined. We honestly do not understand why you think we tried to rip you off. If you had taken your vehicle to the BMW dealer 44 miles away, we believe they probably would have charged you even more for the same results. We understand vehicle breakdowns are stressful and upsetting but we do everything we can to minimize that stress. We are very sorry to lose you as a customer and wish you the best.

Rick did an amazing job replacing the steering shaft in my truck. Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable staff at this shop.

Very good customer service and knowledgeable about foreign auto repair. Seemed a little bit expensive but I think you get what you pay for. But still more reasonable than a dealership.

Could not be more disappointed. I wanted to keep my business local and it cost me! I took my TDI there twice, each trip was close to $1500, only to have the same problems! Was charged $588.82 for a part that I could have bought from VW for $250. Almost $3k and my vehicle was still not working right. They said bring it back and they would “diagnose” for free, when I went back they said I would have to take it to the dealer, THEY COULDN’T FIX IT. I spoke to a shop in Portland, they said bring it in and they would take a look, they hooked it up to the computer, paired the replaced parts, charged me $70 and the car runs great now! Bob’s charged me $329.94 for a diagnostic! I will never be back, the shop in Portland finished the job that Bob’s couldn’t.
