Carbureted & EFI For Increasing Performance
High-Performance EFI Auto Repair in Kelso
The expert mechanics at Bob's Lil Car Hospital know switching to fuel injection often improves the fuel efficiency and performance of older carbureted engines. In newer cars, replacing a single fuel injector with a multi-port fuel injector creates an intense, even flow of fuel on each cylinder when your engine needs it most. Feed your engine the fuel it needs with fuel pumps, fuel filters, superchargers, and turbochargers. Break out of gasoline only feed engines by adding a nitrous kit or cooling methanol injection kit.
To ensure the correct air to fuel ratio, Bob's Lil Car Hospital can add a new stock-height replacement intake manifold, cold air intake, and fuel rails. Never run rich or lean with a hood scoop, high-performance air filter, and new O2 sensor. Call Bob's Lil Car Hospital and talk to us about increasing your car's performance. When you want performance you need the auto repair experts at Bob's Lil Car Hospital located at 1508 Westside Hwy.
If you're ready to take your car or truck's fuel injection to the next level, Bob's Lil Car Hospital is ready with injectors, manifolds, fuel rails, sensors, and complete performance EFI conversion kits. From BMW to Audi to Corvette, Bob's Lil Car Hospital has you covered.
Tuning Old School Carburetors For True Muscle
Your muscle car may be starving for air! Bring it to Bob's Lil Car Hospital and find out. Because of operating losses in the intake runner and cylinder with newer unleaded fuels that do not fully vaporize in the combustion chamber, cars tuned to the manufacturer's specifications can run lean. Bob's Lil Car Hospital can diagnose if you are actually running leaner than the manufacturer suggested ratio of 14.7:1 air to fuel mixture. Bring your classic car to Bob's Lil Car Hospital at 1508 Westside Hwy to tune the perfect air to fuel mixture and correct ignition spark for maximum power.
Need to replace your old four-barrel carburetors or hack your hood with tunnel rams? Bob's Lil Car Hospital will help you choose the Holley, Edelbrock, Barry Grant, or Quick Fuel carburetor and air intake system that is right for your car. Call us today at 360-577-1187!

My family and I were traveling from Port Angeles, WA to Salem, OR pulling our travel trailer. All of a sudden, while traveling on I5 our diesel truck showed low fuel and the service engine light turned on. We immediately took an exit that showed Chevron Diesel. We knew it just said 3/4 of a tank left, but thought maybe there's a leak and we need to check it out. Well, Chevron didn't even have fuel so I just turned at the stop light and pulled over. I went about checking things to see what could be the problem. When I couldn't figure it out I looked over and saw the sign Bob's Lil Car Hospital? staring back at me. God led me to park right next to them and I had no idea. They were very helpful from beginning to end. Offered to give me a ride to the nearest gas station as their diesel mechanic was at lunch to run the check engine light code. When mechanic was off lunch he was very helpful along with others that confirmed what he thought. It wasn't anything that required immediate attention. They gave me advice on what to do and how to monitor until we returned to home to CA from our 2 week trip up and down the coast. They were very cordial and more than delighted that all was okay and we could continue on our trip. If I lived close to them, they would be getting my business from here on out. They are awesome to work with and most importantly trustworthy. Two very important things when it comes to a mechanic shop. Thank you all for you help. We made it home safely and it is very much thanks to all of you.
